| The only thing that I really have to say is that this is one of the greatest inventions ever created by humans: No rinse shampoo
You can buy it here. I used it. It works. Now, I can literally wash my hair on my way to school. I love the future. |

| I don't know where I heard this, but I wrote it down a long time ago and I just found it:
I was hungry and you formed a humanitaries club and you discussed my hunger. Thank you. I was imprisoned and you crept off quiety to your chapel in the cellar to pray for my release. I was naked and in your mind you debated the morality of my appearance. I was sick and you knelt and thanked God for your health. I was homeless and you preached to me of the spiritual shelter of the love of God. I was lonely and you left me alone to pray for me. You seem so holy; so close to God. But I'm still very hungry. and lonely. and cold. So where have your prayers gone? What have they done? What does it profit a man to page through his book of prayers when the rest of the world is crying for help?
P.S. This is one of the greatest things I've seen in a while: www.foundmagazine.com

| I leave for South Africa on Friday...I get home the 19th. Pray for me, please. Pray for my team and for the kids that we are going to be working with. Actually, just pray for anything you can think of. I appreciate it. I need it. I think there's going to be some sort of e-mail newsletter, so if anyone would like to get it, just give me your e-mail address. I'm excited and nervous and scared and ready and unprepared and anxious and curious all at once. And I will miss you.

By the way, I pretty much have the greatest friends in the world.
*edit: I am officially in South Africa right now, and have been for the past four days. It is bad to the bone. Johannesburg is actually a huge city. There are lots of very rich white people with British accents, and there are lots of very poor black people that live outside the city. I am 7 hours ahead of you suckas. Yes, I did just use the word "suckas". The people I am here with are great. They are hilarious and they love Jesus. I have had many adventures so far, and I'm sure I will have many more. I will tell you about them when I get home. Love. |
